4S Active balancer (equalizer) 1.2A inductive type for batteries Li-Ion, LiFePo4.

The inductance adjacent equalization module is suitable for battery packs with a capacity of 30AH or less. Please purchase high-efficiency fit capacitor equalization for more than 30AH!

This board is based on the working principle of adjacent equalization and cannot be used as a maintenance tool. To connect the battery, it must be used with lithium battery protection. The pressure difference generated by charging and discharging triggers the work of the equalization board to achieve energy transfer balance.

1.2A Battery Voltage Balancer, Greatly Balances Battery Voltage and Improves Overall Battery Efficiency!

Wiring definition:

  • B-, the total negative pole of the battery pack (the negative pole of the first battery)
  • B1, the positive terminal of the first battery
  • B2, the positive pole of the second battery
  • B3...and so on.

Principle of equilibrium: 

This module is adjacent to the differential pressure equalization, and the adjacent battery voltage difference reaches 0.1V or more. The internal trigger balance is working until the adjacent battery voltage difference stops within 0.03V. There is an adjacent differential pressure when charging and discharging on the battery pack. Trigger equalization, the battery pack voltage error will be pulled back to the ideal value, reducing battery maintenance costs. 

Specifications:

  • Working voltage: 2.0V - 4.5V
  • Leveling current at 0.1V voltage drop: 0.5A - 0.7A
  • Leveling current with voltage drop over 0.2V: 1.2A

The smaller the voltage drop, the smaller the equalization current.

Balance indication: 

  • When the equalization light is on, the equalization work is turned on. 
  • The equalization light goes out, the equalization circuit sleeps, 
  • The equalization light flashes, the string indication is lost, or the circuit is faulty.
