Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return conditions for good quality products
Product exchange is possible only if the product has not been used.
According to the Law «On Protection of Consumer Rights», the company may deny the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
