Loose materials level sensors are used to signal that a fixed level of grain has been reached in containers for collecting this grain, including on combine harvesters. The sensors are made in a durable sealed plastic case, equipped with a metal bracket for mounting to the bunker wall. When the sensitive part of the sensor is immersed in a layer of bulk material, the discrete output of the sensor closes to the "-" power supply.
